Our Value

Our People and Processes make the difference.

The Fiduciary Solution™ – Hickok & Boardman Retirement Solutions provides independent advice as an Independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). As a fiduciary, we have a process that separates us from our competitors that act as brokers, receive commissions, and have potential conflicts of interest.

The Independent Investment Advantage™ – Our investment selection and monitoring process is thorough and well documented. Investment oversight committee meetings are run with a meticulous agenda, and accompanied by detailed minutes and reports to keep all parties accountable.

The Participant Experience™ – We believe in an “integrated” experience for your participants. Our experienced advisors have a process to guide participants at their level of familiarity. We collaborate with our clients to determine the right blend of enrollment, group, and individual meetings to suit your needs.

Fee Disclosure - Our fees are explicit and up-front. As part of our fiduciary management process, we assist you in accounting for and controlling fees by analyzing all service provider costs to confirm their prices are in line with the services they deliver.

Our people – We assemble a team of high level professionals to service your plan, offering expertise in the areas of Fiduciary Management, Investment Monitoring, Plan Design and Administration, Employee Education, and Plan Benchmarking.
