Lisa joined Hickok & Boardman Group Benefits in 2003 as the Group Benefits Administrative Assistant.  In addition to supporting the firm’s Account Executives and Client Service Specialists, Lisa served as Project Coordinator for the Vermont Employee Benefits Survey.  In 2007, Lisa was promoted to the role of Client Service Specialist for the firm’s Small Group divison where she helps provide solutions to clients with up to 50 employees.  Lisa is currently working toward her degree in Business Management and is very involved in community service, donating her time to the American Red Cross, Vermont Special Olympics and the Lake Champlain Committee.
