Assessment – Our Health Management and Wellness Consultant, Lori Smith, will help clients assess current health care utilization, employee behavior risk factors and organizational culture. She will review aggregate results, employee needs and inventory current wellness resources in an effort to present recommendations to leadership.
Planning – Our goal is to help companies move from traditional wellness offerings into a complete Health Management Solution. Our program design includes strategic objectives, operational need and tactical execution with defined goals that are outcome-based. An annual operating plan will be developed that is in line with a client’s needs and resources.
Implementation – We will recommend and outline targeted services and educational programs that will directly impact the health issues identified in the assessment and planning stages. We will ensure that the plan incorporates total integration of current vended services, including health carrier offerings, local resources and onsite programs.
Evaluation – We will help clients with the evaluation process by providing an “evaluation schedule” that will capture outcome data to asses the success of the health management process.
